Where does Flesh ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Please take into account that shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses will be charged an additional $15 per order.

What shipping methods do you offer?

For any order over $35, shipping is free. If your order is under $35, there are a few shipping methods you can choose from:

Standard

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

  • FREE on all orders over $35
  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 7 business days from the order's ship date
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 7-13 business days
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. Territories are delivered directly via USPS within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date.

Ground

Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability.

  • Most Standard orders are delivered within 5 business days from the order's ship date
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations are not eligible for UPS Ground Service

2nd Day

2nd Day orders placed by 2PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. 2nd Day orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date
  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations are not eligible for 2nd Day Service
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for 2nd Day shipments
  • Products with alcohol content is not eligible for this shipping method.

Overnight

Next day orders placed by 2PM CST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Next day orders placed after 2PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.

  • Orders destined for P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO locations are not eligible for Overnight Shipping
  • Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight shipments
  • Products with alcohol content is not eligible for this shipping method.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Team Flesh is working to process orders as quickly as possible. Normally it takes 48 hours to process and order and get your Flesh ready for shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed, you will get an email from yours truly with a shipping confirmation and tracing numbers. You can also email us at contactus@fleshbeauty.com to find the whereabouts of you package.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If you need to edit your shipping address after the order was made, please reach out to us at contactus@fleshbeauty.com as quickly as possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment:

For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria. We accept international credit cards payments for orders shipping to the United States, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Can I use multiple promo codes at checkout?

You can only use one promo code per order.

What can I do if my payment is declined?

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, double check that the billing address on the credit card and matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is current (not expired) and valid. After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, we recommend contacting your financial institution for further assistance.

RETURNS

What is Flesh’s return policy?

We want to make sure everybody is happy with their Flesh. If you want to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

How do I place a return?

It’s as simple as 1, 2,3:

Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in good condition to ensure that you receive credit. Make sure you enclose the top portion of the original receipt. (If you lost your pack slip, please include your order number in a piece of paper.)

Package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method like UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Please note: Shipping and Handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

How long does it take to process a return?

It takes 10 days to process a return, and depending on your financial institution, 3-5 business days for the refund to take place.
